Review Process
BER adopts an international review standard which lays emphasis on research groundwork,
novelty, presentation, and format. Papers that authors submit to BER must be original
work, never published earlier in any medium, and not currently under consideration
for publication elsewhere. It also focuses on whether the paper is based on original
research, as well as creativity of research method and rationality of conclusion.
All submissions will be assigned to 2-4 reviewers through 7 steps, which are illustrated
in the following figures. As soon as we receive your submission, the Editorial office
will Pre-Review your manuscript within 1 week. The officer will check whether your
submission is valid and language is fluent. Following is a formal peer-review process
accomplished by experts within the BER fields. It is decided by Editor-in-Chief
whether your manuscript is accepted or not. All submitted papers will be reviewed
in about 4 weeks.
The paper processing chart is as follows.
